Flooding in a medical office building

The flooding in this medical office building was caused by a leak in a drinking fountain.  The leak began after business hours and the water ran continually throughout the night.  Water flooded all the way down the hallway and into several exam rooms, offices, and closets.

SERVPRO of Edison was able to dry out the building, beginning with a thorough extraction of all effected floors.  Then our highly trained technicians monitored the walls for moisture content and placed drying equipment - dehumidifiers and air movers.  The drying process typically takes about three days from start to finish, and our technicians monitor the progress daily, also coordinating efforts with the building's tenants to make sure the Doctors can continue to see patients during the restoration process.
